Returns Policy

If you need to return an item, please complete the returns form sent with your goods ensuring to include your order number and reason for return. Fill in all relevant areas of the form and include this in your parcel. You should send your items back to the address on the returns form and we ask that you get proof of postage and keep that safe until the goods are back with us. We will send a confirmation email to advise you that your goods have been received and a refund has been processed.

You may return most new, unused items within 14 days of delivery for a refund (excluding postage cost). We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

We should be informed within 7 days if there is a problem.

We will only offer a refund/exchange for clothing if the garment/s is/are unused, unwashed, in perfect resalable condition with the Swing Tag/s still attached. Any item(s) returned with damage caused by the customer (from personal use, wear or insufficient packaging when returning the item(s)) shall be returned to the customer. Please make sure you do not wear any heavy perfume etc or any makeup marks the dress, as this would affect processing your refund.

Return postage cost is the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a signed registered delivery option when returning as we cannot be held responsible for any damage or loss of items.

Please note earrings and hair accessories cannot be refunded/exchanged due to hygeine reasons.

We reserve the right to refuse refunds if the above procedures have not been followed.

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

If the goods are not delivered to you for any reason other any cause beyond our control and we are accordingly liable to you, our liability will be limited to the price of the goods.

To exchange and item there is a charge of £3.95 to pay for delivery.

We ship via Royal Mail through a signed for service.

We reserve the right to charge for any undelivered packages that require re delivery if this had not been rearranged or collected from Royal Mail.
