Methods Of Payment
Payment can be made by Visa, Visa Electron, Visa Debit, Visa Delta, MasterCard, Maestro debit cards, Paypal,and any other methods which may be clearly advertised on the Site. Payment will be debited and cleared from your account upon dispatch of your order.
You confirm that the credit/debit card that is being used is yours or that you have been specifically authorised by the owner of the credit/debit card to use it. All credit/debit card holders are subject to validation checks and authorization by the card issuer. If the issuer of your payment card refuses to authorize payment to Ruby & Daisy, we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery.
Alternatively, if you would prefer to fulfil an order over the phone then that would be fine during our shop opening hours: your details can be taken extremely securely over our BT landline and your order would be despatched ASAP (see our delivery methods above) For any phone orders or general enquiries please call one of our members of staff on the number below and we will be pleased to help you.
If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
A returns form on the back of your invoice will also include returns information, please fill in the relevant areas,and return to the address on the form.
You may return most new, unused items within 14 days of delivery for a refund (excluding postage cost). We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
We should be informed within 7 days if there is a problem.
We will only offer a refund/exchange for clothing if the garment/s is/are unused, unwashed, in perfect resalable condition with the Swing Tag/s still attached. Any item(s) returned with damage caused by the customer (from personal use, wear or insufficient packaging when returning the item(s)) shall be returned to the customer. Please make sure you do not wear any heavy perfume etc or any makeup marks the dress, as this would affect processing your refund.
Return postage cost is the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a signed registered delivery option when returning as we cannot be held responsible for any damage or loss of items.
Please note earrings and hair accessories cannot be refunded/exchanged due to hygeine reasons.
We reserve the right to refuse refunds if the above procedures have not been followed.
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
If the goods are not delivered to you for any reason other any cause beyond our control and we are accordingly liable to you, our liability will be limited to the price of the goods.
To exchange dresses there is a charge of £3.95 to pay for delivery.
For small orders we use Royal Mail and for larger parcel we use a courier. All our parcels are sent through a signed service.
We reserve the right to charge for any undelivered packages that require re delivery if this had not been rearranged or collected from Royal Mail or the courier we use.
